IMMEDIATE ATTENTION:  NLC Competitor Confirmation Form

Advisers, please click here to fill out the 2013 National Conference Competitor Confirmation form online no later than April 12, 2013.  This information is needed to properly register all competitors for the national conference and to go to the next person if someone chooses not to attend the NLC.

You must complete one form per competitor and e-mail the form to Lisa Deen at adminassistant@lafbla.org.  Failure to inform the state chapter by the April 12, 2013 deadline WILL be interpreted as a "NO."
